Is Smith joined IMA Asia in 2015 as the Head of Client Service and now holds dual roles as
both General Manager and Head of Client Service. With over 30 years of experience in
event management, sales, and relationship management, she is a seasoned professional
recognized for her strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as her keen eye for
detail. Before joining IMA Asia, she was with the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association, where she
managed, planned, and executed events across multiple international chapters. In this role,
she successfully drove revenue through delegate attendance and sponsorship, and led key
events such as the Annual Property Leaders Forum and the Investors Conference in the
region. Her previous experiences include Amway, Club Med, Worldwide Convention
Planners and Tradewinds Tours & Travel (The tour operating arm of the Singapore Airlines
Group). She is married, has a daughter, and enjoys traveling, reading, and listening to heavy rock
music.
