Executives typically have 20+ years of experience in BU, country, or international leadership roles and represent the highest-ranked executive in Asia.
Debates typically focus on strategy and corporate alignment, business structure, growth and risk management, team building, and leadership.
Members can join Asia CEO Forum and China CEO Forum briefings and social events in Shanghai/Hong Kong/Singapore plus Asia Management Forum briefings if a topic and/or timing is convenient.

China CEO Forum

Designed for heads of MNC operations in China who report to the regional CEO, head of international, or global CEO.
Member firms have typically been present in China for 15+ years with 500-10,000 local staff.
Debates typically focus on the need for speed and localisation in strategy, managing a complex business and political environment, responding to competitive challenges, lifting business performance, market forecasts, team building, and leadership.
Members can join Asia CEO Forum briefings and social events in Shanghai/Hong Kong/Singapore. All briefings/social events are in English with a stream of Mandarin-only dinners.

China CFO Forum

Designed for finance heads of MNC operations in China.
Executives typically have 10-15 years of experience in finance roles in China or internationally.
Half of all debates mirror the focus of China CEO Forum topics: strategy, alignment, structure, market forecasts, and team building.
The other half of debates cover topics specific to the CFO, ranging the regulatory environment through to reporting and IT systems in China.
Member firms have typically been present in China for 15+ years with 500-10,000 staff.
All briefings/social events are in English, but many members are bilingual.
Membership is by invitation.

China Growth Network

Asia Management Forum

The Asia Management Forum is designed for regional heads of strategy, finance, marketing, business lines, and HR.

It covers the same topics as the Asia CEO Forum with a more operational view of the issues. Our Forum Advisory Board members chair the sessions bringing decades of experience in building major MNC operations across Asia to the debate. The great majority of the members are global executives with extensive experience in international operations in Asia and other regions as well as at global HQ. This is one of our fastest growing forums and is an ideal peer group for executives heading to higher regional roles.

Most of the firms in our Asia CEO Forum are also represented in the Asia Managers Forum.

Asia Management Forum - Global

Designed for senior managers of MNCs with a role in managing or supporting Asia Pacific operations no matter where they are based.
Ideal for managers who are keen to gather first-hand insights into Asia’s markets and benchmark their strategy and planning with peers based in the region.
Debates are online via Zoom and typically focus on corporate strategy and market forecasts, backed by the delivery of reports, market data, and call-up support services.
