Anaïs Pothon is the Head of China Sales at IMA Asia. In this role, Anaïs leads the strategy and growth of IMA’s sales operations across China, with a particular focus on fostering client relationships and expanding IMA’s market presence. She is instrumental in developing and managing peer-group forums for senior executives in China, facilitating discussions on critical business challenges and opportunities in the region. Anaïs has spent six years living and working in China, including time in Guiyang, Beijing, and Shanghai. Before moving to China, she gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry in Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. Anaïs holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a bachelor’s degree from EHL, Lausanne Hospitality School. She is passionate about empowering women and is actively involved in initiatives that support this cause.
