Shirley joined IMA’s Forum Advisory Board in 2022. She has two decades of experience executive finance roles for Coca-Cola, including five years as VP & CFO OF Greater China, Korea, and Mongolia, following earlier roles as Chief Performance Officer in China and CFO for a leading bottling operation. For a decade prior, she was with General Motors in roles including GM, APAC for Capital & Special Projects and CFO for the Pan Asia Technical Automotive Centre. She started her finance career in 1994 with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, The industry has recognised her leadership, naming her one of the Top 10 CFOs in China (2013), a China International Finance Leader (2015), and a Top FinTech & Innovation Leader in China (2018). She established the Women’s Leadership Council in BIG China in 2009 and served on the TCCC Global Women Leadership Council from 2012 to 2018. She has been a global board member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants since 2020. Shirley holds a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics and Shanghai International Studies University and is currently undertaking a Master of Psychology with Arizona State University.
